The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.05.2015, which was forwarded from the 1st respondent and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 06.05.2015 lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha kumari Vs.
