This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.S.Anuradha Balaji, Advocate for the Applicant herein and M/s. Meenakshi Sundaram, Advocate for the Respondent herein, and
upon reading the order herein dated 21.03.2022, the Court made the following order:- As directed by this Court, the child was produced by the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Guindy, Chennai. The applicant/father and respondent/mother have also present before this Court. The above application has been filed by the father seeking interim custody of the child pending disposal of the original petition. The respondent/mother emotionally stated that she is not ready to give interim custody of the child, if the applicant wishes so and if the Court decided to give interim custody to the applicant, the applicant can take the permanent custody of the child.
Therefore, interim custody of the child is given to the applicant/father till the disposal of the above original petition and this application is allowed accordingly.
Post the main original petition before the Master for recording
evidence. Both the parties are directed to co-operate for completion of evidence and early disposal of the main original petition. Learned Master is directed to complete the evidence as soon as possible and send back the bundle to this Court .
