O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed seeking to withdraw and transfer the petition in F.C.O.P.No.293 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Poonamalle and try along with the H.M.O.P.No.806 of 2022.

2. During the course of hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner himself

reported that he has no objection if H.M.O.P.No.806 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamalle is transferred to the Family Court, Chengalpattu to try along with F.C.O.P.No.293 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu.

3. By taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to order the above transfer petition as indicated below.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petition filed by the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.806 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamalle is transferred to the Family Court, Chengalpet. The Family Court, Chengalpet, is hereby directed to conduct a joint trial in F.C.O.P.No.293 of 2022 along with H.M.O.P.No.806 of 2022. No costs.
