ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.8, "viz., "Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Sevalaya, No. F-2, Pushkarani Apartmenet, 12 Ananda Road, Alwarpet, Chennai 600 018, Bank :ICIC Bank, Page No.1 of 4

Branch:Mylapore, Chennai - 600 004, IFSC Code : ICIC0002186, Cell No.9941450444 , and on such deposit and production of proof, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (out of which, one shall be from the petitioner's native), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magitrate No.II, Salem,.." imposed by this hon'ble high court in Crl.O.P.No.8336 of 2024 on 24.04.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 24.04.2024 has granted bail to the petitioner, that the petitioner hails from a poor family and is working as a Coolie, he is unable to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- and that he is still languishing in jail.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (out of which, one shall be from the petitioner's native place), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem"

The other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8336 of 2024 dated 24.04.2024. shall remain unaltered.
