Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court against the Petitioners to report before the Respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.200 of 2022 on 07.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JAIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.200 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is still pending and charge sheet not yet filed , hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., instead of every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.
