Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) relax the conditions imposed in para no. 4 of the order passed in Crl.M.P. No.7869 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.13880 of 2020, dated 16.08.2021 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first of every month at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter, the petitoner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dated at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7869 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13880 of 2020 dated 16.08.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 01.09.2021 to 01.04.2022.

3.Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7869 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13880 of 2020 dated 16.08.2021 stands relaxed.
