Prayer: Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Code to relax the bail conditions imposed by the learned Mahila Court (Fast Track Court) Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No. 143 in Crl.M.P.No.103 of 2015 dated 09.04.2015.

ORDER

The learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Krishnagiri, while granting bail in Crl.M.P.No.103 of 2015 dated 09.04.2015, has imposed a condition that the petitioner is directed to put the signature before the concerned C.B.C.I.D., P.S. twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 4.30 p.m., until further orders and on further condition that the petitioner/accused has to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties to the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each and the sureties should be of his family members. Now, the present petition has been filed seeking to relax the said condition.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed and on committal the case is now pending before the Mahila Court, Krishnagiri in S.C.No.14 of 2015.

3. Since charge sheet has been filed and the case has also been committed to the Court of Sessions, I am inclined to relax the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition imposed by the Court below. Accordingly, the condition imposed by the Court below directing the petitioner to put the signature before the concerned C.B.C.I.D, P.S., twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 4.30 p.m., is relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all hearings without fail. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
