The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri to dispose of the E.P.No.23 of 2017 in O.S.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dharmapuri within the stipulated time.

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a suit in OS.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri and the suit was decreed on 09.01.2012. Thereafter, the revision petitioner has filed an

execution petition in REP.No.23 of 2017 on 02.06.2017, wherein notice has been ordered on 15.06.2017. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision for the aforesaid prayer.

2. According to the revision petitioner, notice has been ordered on 15.06.2017. Even at the earlier stage, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court. However, taking into consideration that the suit was decreed in the year 2012, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri to dispose of E.P.No.23 of 2017 in O.S.No.2 of 2011 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
