CRIME NO.706 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed "appear before the Respondent police daily 10.30 A.M. until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.28074 of 2019 dated 25.10.2019 in Crime No. 706 of 2019 on the file of Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28074 of 2019 dated 25.10.2019.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28074 of 2019 dated 25.10.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day and 15th of every month starting from May, 2020. -sd/- 24/03/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
