Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition clause (c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble court in the bail order dated 18.02.2022 made in Crl.OP.No.4038 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAGHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.4038 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting twice in a week instead of everyday at 10.00 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. -sd/- 06/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
