ORDER

The applicants herein had availed of credit facilities from the respondents. In view of a default in fulfilling obligations under the relevant loan agreement, the financial institution had filed A.No.4881 of 2014 and obtained an order of attachment in respect of the properties described in Item 1 in the schedule to the Judge's summons of this application. Asserting that the loan account was fully discharged, the present application has been filed to raise the attachment.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant adverts to the no due certificate dated 15.03.2024, which was issued by the financial institution. Learned counsel for the financial institution, who had filed A.No.4881 of 2014, confirms that there are no dues from the applicants.

3. Accordingly, the order of attachment dated 01.09.2014 in A.No.4881 of 2014 is raised in respect of the property described in Item 1 in the schedule to the Judge's summons of this application. The Registry is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the Sub Registrar, Thiruvallur.
