ORDER

(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been arisen out an order dated 22.07.2015 made in I.A.No.7944/2015 in O.S.No.1842/2002, wherein an application to condone the delay was dismissed by the II Addl.Judge City Civil Court, Madras. 1/4

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents is present.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the suit itself has got disposed off and the final decree has been passed. The properties have been partitioned between the parties and in this regard, a joint compromise Memo has also been filed before the Trial Court. Hence nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and also the absence of the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed for non-prosecution. No costs.
