ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.' in short) praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report.

It is averred in the petition that the petitioner has been arrayed as the first accused in Crime No.RC MA1 2014 A 0037. Further, it is stated in the petition that the respondent has not completed his investigation. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought for therein.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that even though a case has been registered in the year 2014, wherein the petitioner has been arrayed as the first accused, the respondent has not completed his investigation. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed.

The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has contended that already investigation has been done and for want of sanction the matter is pending.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been arrayed as first accused in Cr.No.RC MA1 2014 A 0037 and also considering that the present petition has been filed for limited relief, this Court is of the view to allow the present petition.

In fine, this criminal original petition is allowed and the respondent is directed to complete investigation and file final report, after getting proper sanction before the end of November 2015.
