This Court, by an order dated 23.03.2023 directed the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur to conclude the trial in S.T.C.No.112 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said trial could not be concluded within the time stipulated by this court, the court below by letter dated 05.01.2024 sought for extension of time. Hence, the matter is listed before this court today.

2. The Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur submitted that after receipt of copy of order of this court on 31.03.2023, it was not produced by neither of parties and was not restored properly to the case bundle. Now, the case is posted for argument. Therefore, he prayed to grant further time to dispose of the case.

3. Considering the request of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur, this court is inclined to extend the time finally for the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to comply with the order of this court. However, time granted by this Court will not be extended after six weeks.
