This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27828 of 2023 dated 12.12.2023 in Crime No.670 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., 1st of week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of three months.
