2. Mr.J.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the first and second respondents represents that the matter was settled and the parties have jointly sold a portion of the property on 03.11.2020.
3. Steps having not been taken so far and since Mr.J.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel represents that the matter has been settled, the appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
