The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the Respondent to register a case on the complaint in CSR No.185 of 2015 dated 17.05.2015 on the file of the respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On the complaint dated 17.05.2015, the petition enquiry is being conducted by the police in CSR No.185 of 2015. On the reading of the complaint it appears that the opposite party has also issued cheques, which have been dis-honoured.
4. Under such circumstances, the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature and therefore, no positive direction can be given to the police for registering FIR and hence this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
