Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents 2 to 4 to pass appropriate orders based on the enquiry notice dated 19.12.2012 issued by the 4th respondent in the light of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2022 forthwith.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to pass appropriate orders based on the enquiry notice dated 19.12.2012 issued by the 4th respondent in the light of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2022 forthwith. 2.The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondents. In view of the limited relief sought for in this petition and on the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.Since no adverse order is being passed as against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

4.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property in Survey No.2004/4 to an extent of 4046 acres and in Survey No.218 /2 to an extent of 3.50 acres, situated at Gollapalli Village, Soolagiri, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. The petitioner made application to the respondent on 08.02.2022. The 4th respondent issued enquiry notice on 19.12.2012. However, the 4th respondent has not concluded the enquiry between the petitioner and the private respondents. Hence, this Writ Petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issue direction to the 4th respondent to conclude the enquiry notice dated 19.12.2022, within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court. 6.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2022, will be considered by the respondents within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.

7.This Court, without going into the merits of the case directed the 4th respondent to conclude the enquiry between the petitioner and the private respondents in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2022, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the private respondents.

8.With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
