O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Additional Government Pleader has placed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ before us the communication from the Tahsildar, Attur,

stating that an inspection was carried out at site on 28.07.2016 when encroachments were found. Consequently, on 23.08.2016, the Tahsildar passed orders for issuance of notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905, which were issued on 12.09.2016. Encroachments are stated not to have been removed and on 03.11.2016, orders were passed by the Tahsildar for issuance of notice under Section 6 of the said Act and consequently, notices were issued and served. There has been no response and now, action will be taken within a maximum period of one (1) month from today, as stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader.
