This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No. 3 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9767 of dated 20.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23273 of 2022 dated 26.09.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two month at 10.30 a.m., for another six months.
