JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5084 of 2022 IN Crl.M.P.No.11208 of 2021 IN CRL OP.15637/2021 KARTHICK M [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs THE STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, SIPCOT POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT CRIME NO.201/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.11208 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15637 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021 in Crime No.201 of 2021, on the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as and when required. All other condition remain unaltered by this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRADEEP, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 01.11.2021 till date and the investigation is not complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 01.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11208 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15637 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing charge sheet and thereafter as and when required, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
