Application is taken out by the plaintiff to render accounts of sale of the book titled "The Great Debate Documents of International Communist Movement 1957 to 1970" made by the defendants and surrender the unsold copies to the plaintiff.

2. Despite notice, till date the defendants/respondents have not filed their counter. In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that already this Court has injuncted the respondents from selling the said books. The unsold copies are liable to freeze from circulation. Hence, the application to surrender of the unsold copies is allowed.

3. The respondent is directed to surrender all the unsold copies to the Registrar ( Original Side), High Court, Madras on or before 24.02.2020.

4. Post the matter on 25.02.2020.
