, till filling of the charge sheet and thereafter as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered by this Hon`ble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 15.02.2022 till date and charge sheet has not been filed. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 01.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.11134 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15639 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m till filing charge sheet and thereafter as and when required, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
