O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that various documents have been supplied to the petitioner, but not the report of Justice R.Regupathi Commission of Enquiry. Incidentally, now that report has also been supplied in the capacity of a respondent in the other writ proceedings.

2.The effect of the aforesaid is that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive except to the extent that a fresh order would have to be passed now.

3.The impugned order dated 14.03.2015 is, accordingly, set aside and the matter is remitted to the respondent-authority to proceed in accordance with law.

4.The respondent-authority will endeavour to conclude the proceedings not later than three (3) months from today and the petitioner will render all co-operation and will not seek any unnecessary adjournments nor expect such an accommodation from the authority.

5.Crl.R.C., accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
