[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The present petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the sentence of the petitioner was suspended by this Court, the petitioner is unable to execute the bond for Rs.25,000/- as he hails from a poor family. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4.The petition is ordered and the condition directing the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- is modified and the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood relative, each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi District.

5.The other conditions shall remain intact.
