ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that they have preferred this Criminal Revision case only as against the docket order passed by the Court below dated 26.02.2015. However, even as on the said date, it was informed by the petitioners that final order itself has been passed by the Court below and as per the said order, the ''B'' party, who are the respondents 3 to 11 in this Criminal Revision Case had executed the bond, but the petitioners herein, who are arrayed as ''A'' party in the said proceedings have not yet received the said final order.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 produced the copy of the final order passed by the Court below before this Court.

3. In view of the above said submission made on either side, this Criminal Revision Case is closed as it has been preferred only as against the docket order. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the final orders passed in the matter, if they are so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
