This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to conduct expedite trial and dispose the C.C.No.1030 of 2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. It is seen from the docket order dated from 23.02.2017 to 08.03.2022, one or the other accused always remains absent and in most of the times either bailable warrant or non-bailable warrant was pending against one or the other accused. It appears that this is the reason for not making any progress in this case.
