This petition is filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to extend the term of the arbitration proceedings for a further term of 6 http://www.judis.nic.in months from 10.02.2018 till 10.08.2018.

2. When the matter is called, both parties have filed a joint memo dated 23.01.2018. In terms of memo dated 23.01.2018, both parties agree that the time for completion of proceedings for arbitration may be extended by six months.
3. Accordingly, the time for completion of the arbitration proceedings is extended by a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Original Petition is ordered in terms of the joint memo dated 23.01.2018. No costs.
