This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an Order dated 06.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.

25329 of 2023, to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 AM, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed as against the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
