The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19210 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.9459 of 2025, by order dated 24.10.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed the same on the ground that the investigation is still pending.
