This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an Order dated 09.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 2912 of 2024, to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10:30 AM, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed as against the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
