This petition has been filed to implead the Inspector of Police, CCB, Coimbatore as the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.5549 of 2023.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not raise any serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Criminal Original Petition No.5549 of 2023 and list the matter on 20.03.2023.
