ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.8(b) in Crl.R.C.No.2368 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Mr. P. Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the said condition.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.8(b) in Crl.R.C.No.2368 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
