ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to make necessary entries in their Index Register, Registration book and the Page No.1 of 4

Encumbrance Certificate for deletion of the Power of Attorney Document dated 30.12.2013 registered as document No.15109/2013 based on the order of this Court dated 24.11.2014 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15104 of 2014.

2. The petitioner claims that in the aforesaid order passed by this Court, the Power of Attorney dated 30.12.2013 registered as Document No.15109/2013 has been declared as null and void. Hence, the petitioner seeks for removal of the said entry in the Encumbrance Certificate for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. He had given a representation on 30.10.2023 to the respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the order dated 24.11.2014 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15104 of 2014, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Page No.2 of 4

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.10.2023 seeking for removal of the entry of the Power of Attorney document dated 30.12.2013 registered as Document No.15109/2013 for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition from the Index Register, Registration book and the Encumbrance Certificate, after giving due consideration to the order dated 24.11.2014 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15104 of 2014, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
