This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take action against the 4th and 5th respondent on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 17.01.2023 and stipulated time may be fixed by this Honble court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of this petition, the first respondent police has registered a case in Cr.No.3/AC/2023, dated 22.06.2023 against the respondents 4 & 5. Hence, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.
