O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate departmental action against the second respondent, in view of the petitioner complaint dated 16.02.2013.

2.On a perusal of the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner on 16.02.2013, the same relates to certain allegation between the writ petitioner and the second respondent. The second respondent has not been impleaded in his personal capacity. The 2nd respondent is the Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Thiruvarur District.

3.Therefore, such allegations now contended by the writ petitioner cannot be considered by this Court. However, the first respondent / District Collector can look into the complaint and take a decision as to whether there is any prima facie allegations is made out against the second respondent or not. If there is any prima facie allegations, then the District Collector, Thiruvarur District shall proceed against the persons concerned by following the procedures contemplated under the rules in force.
