This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2768 of 2025 vide order dated 05.02.2025 i.e., "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2768 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025 is relaxed.
