This application has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of the respondents 2 and 3 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.862 of 2014 dated 05.03.2014
2. The complaint given by one Krishnan was assigned C.S.R.No.161 of 2014 against the accused persons and the accused were granted anticipatory bail on 05.03.2014 by the learned principal Sessions Judge, Salem.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, on instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant in C.S.R.No.161/2014 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
was already enquired into and the same was closed. Since the complainant itself was closed, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
