ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that he shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.340 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28666 of 2024 by an order dated 24.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28666 of 2024 by the order dated 25.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.340 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28666 of 2024 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.
