ORDER

This application has been filed seeking for an interim order of injunction restraining the respondents herein, their men, agents or representatives from creating any third party interest by way of sale, mortgage, settlement, release, charge or the like in respect of the Schedule Property, pending disposal of the arbitration proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court withdraw the application with liberty to move the learned Arbitrator for similar relief under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
