O R D E R

(This case has been heard through video conference) Earlier this Court, by an order dated 18.11.2020 made in W.P.No.16027 of 2020 directed the 2nd respondent therein to conduct

enquiry by giving an opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the said order has not been complied with within a stipulated period, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent, would submit that, now, the concerned Tahsildar had passed an order expressing his inability to identify the land. Hence, the contempt petition may be closed.

3. Recording the above submission, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with, and no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petitions stands closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance over the same, it is open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if she is so advised.
