This contempt petition has been filed seeking an order to punish the respondents herein under the Contempt of Courts Act for willful disobedience to the orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.No.2264 of 2015 dated 03.08.2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of 3rd respondent/State made a submission that the writ appeal in W.A.No. 846 of 2018 has been filed and the Hon'ble Division Bench ordered notice. This being factum, no further adjudication is required in this contempt application. 3.Accordingly, the contempt application stands closed. No costs.
