(CRIME NO.595 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the paragraph 6(B) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order dated 25.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.o. 22283 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP. No.22283 of 2021 dated 25.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners have been scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
