This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 06:30p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.829 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29410 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.829 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29410 of 2024 dated 22.01.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every first Saturday of every month at 06:30p.m., until further orders imposed is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, W-13, All Women Police Station, Washermenpet, Chennai - 600 021.
