ORDER

Petitioner seeking the service register of her deceased husband from the 2nd and 3rd respondents has filed the present writ petition.

2. The 1st respondent has directed the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take appropriate action on the representation made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner. The 2nd and 3rd respondents have not taken any action. Aggrieved over the inaction of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2020 and to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
