This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order of dismissal in Tr.O.P.No.34 of 2017, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Kancheepuram District, Chengalpattu. 1/4

2. The petitioner had sought for transfer of R.C.O.P.No.120 of 2015, from the file of the Rent Controller, Alandur, to any Court making certain allegations against the Presiding Officer.

3. When the Civil Revision Petition is called today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. Mr.P.Jagadheesan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that allegations were made against a Presiding Officer and the said officer has been now transferred. The Court of the Rent Controller at Alandur is being manned by a different officer from today. He would further submit that the tenant has vacated the premises.

5. His submissions are recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
