CR NO.1221/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.2845/2021 by its order dated 16.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.VIJAYARAGAVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on all working days without fail, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that now PRC number has been assigned.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2845 of 2021, dated 16.02.2021 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court each and every date of hearing. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
