When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents paid the entire amount as claimed in the writ petitions. The learned counsel for the petitioners therefore requested the Court to dispose the writ petitions by recording the said submission. 2.In view of the fact that the respondents paid the entire amount as claimed in the writ petitions, these writ petitions stand disposed of recording the
aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner's in both the writ petitions. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
