2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para 4.[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 06:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
