..Respondent(s) PRAYER: The criminal original petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS 2023 to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2026 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners in view of false complaint received from one Sameera Taj and pass such further or other orders as this honourable court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 20.02.2026 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners' in view of false complaint received from one Sameera Taj.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners filed civil suit in O.S.No.62 of 2022 before the Subordinate Judge, Denkanikottai, Krishnagiri District in respect of the property dispute. During pendency of the civil suit, one Sameera Taj filed a complaint against the petitioners. Based on the complaint, the second respondent called for enquiry and threatened the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners gave representation dated 20.02.2026 to respondents. But no action has been taken. Hence, this petition. 3.Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petitioners complaint dated 20.02.2026 was received by the second respondent. The petitioners, after sending it by post, not appeared and submitted any documents to verify the truthfulness of the complaint. Hence, the petitioners are directed to appear before the second respondent on 23.03.2026 along with supporting documents. The second

respondent, thereafter, to assign CSR and conduct enquiry and dispose of the case within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
